The Board



Simon West - President
Simon holds a bachelor Science (Psychology). Dip Criminology & Dip. Soc. Science. Simon has held senior positions in NSW Probation & Parole for over 30 yrs and was a member of NSW Parole Board for a number of years.

Simon is an avid follower of current affairs and a 'die-hard' South Sydney rugby league supporter.  Simon is also keenly interested in animal welfare and environmental issues.





Sue Jefferies - Vice President
Sue holds a Bachelor of Health Services Management and is a Registered Nurse.  She has held a senior position in the Drug Court for some 10 years.

Sue loves Test Cricket and is a keen support of the Sydney Swans.





Kenneth Graham - Treasurer
Kenneth Graham holds a BSc, MAppSc, PhD(enrolled). He is the principal scientist at the NSW Institute of Sport and involved in Sport Anti-Doping Research and Policy.

It stands to reason that a person who works for the NSW Institute of Sport is himself a keen sportsman.  Kenneth sporting interests includes cycling and kayaking.





Brett Pyemont - Secretary
Brett holds a Master of Science, Bachelor of Science, Diploma of Education and is a Justice of the Peace. Brett has held senior high school teaching positions for over 25 years.

Bretthas been an 'events convener' and is currently secretary fo the MG Car Restorers Association.




Dr Stella Dalton AM - Medical Director
Dr Stella Daltom AM is a distinguished psychiatrist and the founder of Wayback. Dr Dalton has a lengthy list of professional and academic achievements and is the pioneer of methadone treatment for drug addiction in Australia.





Donna Stephens - Board Member
Donna is a dedicated Board member who has a good knowledge of drug addiction issues.

Donna is interested in animal welfare issues and is passionate about ensuring that addicts are treated in a positive and respectful manner.




Isis Dalton - Board Member
Isis has had a lifelong association with Wayback.  She holds a Bachelor of Science and is enrolled in the Bachelor Vetenary Science.  She is a dedicated Board member who has good knowledge of drug addiction issues.
